The best method of this criteria is to ask someone to take a photo of yourself communicating with a work person or supervisor about a problem or issue on site. Then you can write up what you were discussing.

Interpret relevant information from organisational procedures in order to plan the sequence of work.
Check to see if a method statement is in place, A work method statement, sometimes called a "safe system of work", is a document that details the way a work task or process is to be completed. The method statement should outline the hazards involved and include a step by step guide on how to do the job safely. The method statement must also detail which control measures have been introduced to ensure the safety of anyone who is affected by the task or process. This will cover the planned sequence of work.
 
Organisational procedures may include:
• safe systems of work
• working instructions
• manufacturer’s instructions
• maintenance procedures
• work schedules

Plan the sequence of work, using appropriate resources, in accordance with organisational procedures to ensure work is completed productively.
Keep it simple , look at the start of a new job, what order of the work should be carried out, list materials required list tools and equipment required, complete a simple bar chart to cover the week to show flow of different trades on site.
Appropriate resources may include:
• attendance records/shift plan
• equipment record/availability
• location availability/capacity
• material/resource lists/location
• deliveries scheduled
• despatchs scheduled
